Launch of the INTER PARES parliamentary oversight e-course

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the INTER PARES e-learning course on parliamentary oversight.

The course was written by Dr Olivier Rozenberg, Associate Professor, Centre for European Studies & Comparative Politics, Sciences Po Paris, and is the first of an extended set of e-learnings developed by the INTER PARES project. The courses are exclusively available to INTER PARES stakeholders throughout 2021 and will be made public towards the end of 2021 or at the latest in early 2022.

In recognition of the time and effort invested in these courses, a personal certificate will be offered to learners who pass the exam, which consists of 10 multiple choice questions.  Learners who successfully work through all courses will be awarded the full INTER PARES e-learning certificate. The remaining core courses will be launched in the coming months. All INTER PARES courses are ‘living’ products: we intend to add to them as the program advances.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the members of the E-learning Working Group for their invaluable support and feedback throughout the development of this course. We also thank our representatives from Bhutan, Poland and Trinidad and Tobago for their participation in the test phase.
